processed corn products to cereal manufacturers, brewers, bakeries and various
other food grade consumer product manufacturers.

Controller then Vice President and Controller in Seymour, Indiana. Chief financial officer responsible for accounting, treasury, and data processing functions. Prepared testimony and exhibits and testified many times before the Public Service Commission of Indiana on such topics as telephone rates, financings, and construction of capital facilities.

Senior Accountant in Kansas City office. Specialized in regulated industry clients (electric, water and gas utilities), trucking, cable tv, etc. Work included mergers and acquisitions, auditing, financial consulting, Securities and Exchange Commission filings, and utility rate cases.

(which operates a 49 bed acute care medical facility) after 20 years of service to the Hospital. He is a ruling elder of the Presbyterian Church. Past president of the Paris Rotary Club, Paris United Way, and Sycamore Hills Country Club. Participated in a number of other civic organizations.
